We specialize in Maryland Medicaid programs that fund in-home elder care, covering personal care, activities of daily living (ADLs), and related in-home support services for eligible Howard County residents.
Under CFC and certain waiver services, eligible participants in Howard County, Maryland may hire a family member or person they trust as a paid caregiver — letting a loved one get paid to provide in-home care after meeting medical and financial requirements.

Our office is in Columbia — Howard County is our home county. We serve families in Ellicott City, Columbia, Clarksville, Laurel, Savage, Jessup, and all surrounding areas. Howard County has one of Maryland's highest concentrations of working adults providing unpaid care to elderly parents — many qualify to be paid through CFC's self-directed option.
