Cottage Home Care has provided trusted in-home care since 1992, starting in New York and now serving families across fifteen states. The goal from day one was simple: let people stay in their own homes—keeping their language, food, and daily routines—instead of moving into a facility.
Today our home care services reach more than 10,000 clients, delivered by over 15,000+ caregivers. We offer home health aide support, personal care assistance with bathing, grooming, and daily living, and skilled nursing from registered and licensed nurses.
We also help families navigate the programs that pay for care. Through Community First Choice, a family member can be recognized and paid as the caregiver. We offer Managed Long Term Care, Medicaid home care, and private pay with no lengthy intake process.
