Cottage Homecare Services CT LLC runs its Connecticut operation out of East Hartford, which puts our care coordinators minutes from the families we serve across the Capitol Region. From Hartford and West Hartford to New Britain, Manchester and Enfield, we help residents stay safely in their own homes instead of moving to a facility.
Because our office is in Hartford County, in-home assessments, paperwork and check-ins rarely take more than a short drive. We walk families through HUSKY (Connecticut Medicaid) eligibility from start to finish, then match each client with a trained, background-screened caregiver — and in the AFL and PCA programs, that caregiver can be a family member you already trust.

Our Connecticut base at 510 Tolland St in East Hartford means faster assessments, in-person support and a local team that knows the towns you live in.
We are certified for Community First Choice (CFC), Personal Care Assistance (PCA) and Adult Family Living (AFL) — so Hartford County families are matched to the program that actually fits their situation.
Through AFL and PCA, an adult child, sibling, friend or (in some cases) a spouse living in the home can be hired and paid to provide care. We handle enrollment and payroll.
Eligibility reviews and consultations are always free. We prepare and file the Medicaid paperwork, coordinate the in-home assessment, and stay on the file after care begins.
