We walk Fairfield County families through HUSKY (Connecticut Medicaid) eligibility from the first phone call, then match each client with a trained, background-screened caregiver. Under AFL and PCA, that caregiver can be a family member or friend already living in the home.

Through AFL and PCA, an adult child, sibling, friend or (in some cases) a spouse living in the home can be hired and paid to provide care. We handle enrollment and payroll.
