Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality clinical care and patient assessments in accordance with state regulations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Coordinate with healthcare teams to implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Educate patients and families on health management and preventative care.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare safety and privacy protocols.

Requirements & Documentation:

• Active and unencumbered Florida RN License.
• Nursing diploma or degree certificate (ADN/BSN).
• Valid CPR/BLS certification (AHA or equivalent).
• Level 2 background screening consent & fingerprints.
• Government-issued photo ID, Social Security card, or acceptable I-9 documents.
• Health clearance/physical exam and TB test results (within last 12 months).
• Complete immunization records (MMR, Varicella, Hep B, Flu, and COVID-19).
• Two professional references with contact details.
