From intake to ongoing care coordination, every department works together to ensure that our clients receive the support and attention they deserve. Our staff members are trained to respond promptly, communicate clearly, and deliver services that are both effective and respectful of every family's preferences. We serve clients throughout New York City, Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester, and Albany.

Our Cottage Home Care team includes:

  • Home Health Aide (HHA) Coordinators: Overseeing caregiver schedules, ensuring clients receive on-time care that matches their specific needs.
  • CDPAP Coordinators: Supporting patients and family members who participate in New York’s Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program by guiding them through caregiver selection, compliance, and enrollment.
  • Intake Specialists: Helping new clients with application forms, eligibility documentation, and the overall onboarding process for a seamless transition into care services.
  • Administrative Associates: Managing internal operations, updating records, tracking compliance, and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • RN Assistants: Working alongside Registered Nurses to conduct follow-ups, coordinate care plans, and maintain clinical quality across services.
  • Billing Coordinators: Handling Medicaid and MLTC communications, claim submissions, and client inquiries related to billing and payment processing.
  • Training and Development Team: Educating aspiring caregivers through our partner school, providing certified HHA training, hands-on skills, and job readiness support.
